Location was great, but the hotel is nothing absolutely nothing like the pics, pool was out of order, hot tub out of order, continental breakfast, wasn’t even close, foyer and carpet dirty, found open candy and a pack of cigarettes under recliner, honestly the cleanest thing was the shower. They are also testing to sell a time share the second you walk in.

The price was the best. And it included a microwave and refrigerator which some places charge extra. They also let us check in 2 hours early at no extra charge. They have a pool and hot tub. This was our 2nd year staying there and I highly recommend.

The hotel was pretty okay and decent for the 3 nights my husband and I stayed at while visiting the Dells. The pool was decent as well but was a bit dirty for our liking. We did have to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper since housekeeping never gave us extra but did change our garbage. We saw the reviews online prior to our trip and were not too comfortable sleeping under the sheets so we brought our own blankets to sleep on. It was definitely a good price for the amount of days we stayed, we were in and out enjoying our days here at the Dells !

Upon arrival I was told that the pool and hot tub was closed , the TV wasn't working and the Internet was down . The next morning the Internet was back on . The breakfast was good but limited to a small selection but was good as it served it purpose.

Staff was like Waldo, no where to be found. Front Staff started to argue right away. Its like we got your money and nothing you can do about it. Horrible. The one gratifying part. Extremely clean. A++. My daughter was actually afraid to go to the car at night with the staff's friends just "hanging out" eyeing her up. Left early because of the situation. Won't recommend at all. Would sleep in my car first before I have my family endure that again.
