Wintertime visitors will love the indoor waterpark at the resort, plus easy proximity to snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and skiing at Christmas Mountain. No matter when you’re here, don’t leave without sampling some of the Dells’ famous fudge. Luckily for you, your condo at Chula Vista is only three miles from the downtown area’s shops, restaurants, bars, and candy stores. Dells Zipline Adventures offers a Zipline and Adventure Park located on six scenic acres within Chula Vista Resort for an additional charge. You will find something for everyone in the family.

At this spacious double-condo, perfect for groups traveling together, you'll find a self-contained studio as well as a larger living space. The mini-fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in the studio come in handy for food storage and quick snack prep, and there's a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space in the main condo. Between the two dining tables in the main area and the small table in the studio, there's plenty of room for mealtime seating. On warm summer nights, relax in the central air-conditioning, or snuggle up in front of the fireplace each evening in the main condo, while the kids watch their shows on the TV in the studio. All four TVs are streaming-capable, and with free cable and WiFi, everyone should find something to entertain them. The Dells vacation you've been dreaming of awaits - all that's left to do is book.

Your arrival will be effortless—there’s no need to stop at the front desk. Prior to check-in, you’ll receive a private access code that allows you to go straight to your residence and begin enjoying your stay right away.
Please note that indoor waterpark passes are not included and cannot be purchased. However, your reservation does include access to the seasonal outdoor pools located in front of and behind the Rio Condos—an ideal setting to relax and unwind.
Our team thoughtfully manages the residence itself, while the resort is operated separately, so on-site staff may not always be available. If this arrangement doesn’t align with your expectations, we encourage you to contact the platform through which you booked, keeping in mind that cancellation policies are time-sensitive.

Guests do not have access to the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands, which include spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
