Large space, perfect for the 7 people we had. Two things one of our toilets clogged and it took awhile to have someone come look at it and second we had to call twice to get extra towels and wash cloths delivered.

Communication with the host prior to arrival was very prompt and polite. The unit was very spacious and clean. The resort is wonderful. Our two dogs traveled with us snd I thought it was so cute that they got welcome bags at check in.The only suggestion for better comfort is the mattresses were much harder than we prefer. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway. We are already talking about coming back this summer.

Great room

The room was beautiful and perfect for a family stay. The only thing was the lack of staff for check-in and guidance to where the room was. We also were charged an extra resort fee at check-in that we were not aware of. Waterpark was very crowded. But overall it was a good weekend, the kids loved it and we will likely be back.

Great getaway

Unfortunately, we werent able to utilize all the facilities as we were there for a tournament and gone most of the day. The hot tub in the room had a broken handle, and we weren't able to use the coffee pot as the pot wasnt made for that machine, but other than that it was great.

There are three concerns that we had. The first were the elevators. There are only two elevators and one of them was not working when we were trying to move into the room. There was a crowd waiting for elevators. Those who were swimmers coming back from the water parks new people checking in trying to get to their rooms, it was terrible and especially with the heat as it was outside. It was extremely frustrating. Eventually, the following day the second elevator was working, but the people who had been at the condo were saying that there was even one day last week when neither elevator was working, so that is a concern. My second concern is there should be some kind of control on this automatically shutting doors for the Room. my granddaughter was just holding onto the frame of the door as she was saying goodbye and the door automatically swung shut. She pulled her hand out fast enough, but she did get it bruised and cut. If there was some kind of slow stop on the doors it would be a safety improvement. The last concern was the trash. All the money that we spend for those rooms and we have to carry our trash from the room to a dumpster that is way downstairs somewhere. I never went my son-in-law did but that’s ridiculous. Why couldn’t there be a trash pick up by just putting it outside the door and someone taking it daily.otherwise we have enjoyed the condos. The contact agents have always been great and I hope that there’s some improvement Should we return again next year.

Extended Family of 9, 3 night stay. We had a good time overall. We enjoyed the indoor water park one day, and the outdoor water park the other day. The staff were all kind and responsive. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were handled by the resort quickly. I do wish that I'd noticed that there were only THREE beds when I booked it. While the resort allows up to 10 people for this room, there are only beds to sleep 6 comfortably plus the pull-out couch. Thankfully we noticed that before check in and brought an air mattress to accommodate. The elevators were slow, and half of them were out of order on Sunday at checkout time. TVs were outdated, the one in the master didn't work at all.
