「What a beautiful place」

「Room was very clean and breakfast was very good. One misfortune is that one section of the Cascade Loop was closed just beyond the inn. Staying two nights was now impossible because we had to travel back in the same direction, a seven hour journey. Time was essential since we had other hotel reservations and a flight to catch in a few days. Since we booked the hotel with a “third party” the staff was not able to reimburse our second night’s stay which was a significant loss. A claim has been...

「The room was beautiful and clean. Everything was comfortable, huge bathroom. We were very comfortable our entire stay. The pool and hot tub were really nice too! We had children with us so we didn't get to enjoy the casino but every other aspect exceeded our expectations!」

「The HOT TUB wAS NOT WORKING. - A BIT DISSAPOINTING AS that was one of the reasons to book this . the staff and hotel were very courteous. shout out to the staff who returned my Gold chain which my daughter had left during check out - the lodge should reward the staff for honesty and appreciation - and doing the right thing. great location too -」

「Beautiful location! We were the only ones it seemed staying in the cabins. Plenty of trails to explore within walking distance; my dog loved it. There were issues with the original cabin we were to stay in and the host resolved it by providing a different cabin at the same price with clear communication. 」
