Welcome to the **Kleine Auszeit** vacation rental—GR 3.2.2—a modern and comfortable vacation rental in a central location in Winterberg. Built in 2023, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building and is easily accessible by elevator. With 63 m² of space, it can accommodate up to five people and is ideal for families, couples, and small groups.

The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a glass-ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, and a food processor. After an eventful day, the wood-burning stove invites you to relax, while the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth.

The two separate bedrooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring. The entire apartment is designed to be allergy-friendly, offering a comfortable living environment.

A special highlight is the private infrared sauna right in the apartment—perfect for relaxing after an active day in the Winterberg mountains.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and vanity mirror.

Families with children are warmly welcome. A crib and a high chair are available for our youngest guests.

Two TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi with a speed of at least 100 Mbit/s provide entertainment. A shared washing machine is also available.

The mountain resort was completed just last November 2023 and offers modern and comfortable amenities.
The resort’s location is ideal for skiers, hikers, and cyclists, as it’s situated in a prime spot in town. Winterberg’s town center, with its many restaurants and shops, is within easy walking distance.
The Herrloh Lift, which provides easy access to the Winterberg ski lift network, is also within convenient walking distance.
Many ski rental shops offer storage for rented equipment in the convenient ski depot. Alternatively, equipment can also be safely stored in the resort’s lockable basement storage area. In the summer, bicycles can also be securely parked there.
A playground and a private parking space round out the vacation complex.
