BIG upgrades - new windows summer, American Leather king sleep sofa spring, king bed (BR1), plus queen bunk beds with twin trundle & twin day-bed (all BR2), plus king sleep sofa (living room) - SLEEPS 10 total in beds.

Kitchen and bath upgrades; new carpet; replaced stove; new TVs; new dishwasher; American Leather king bed sleep sofa.

True ski-in / ski-out (or bike in / bike out) at WP base - 2 Bed/2 Bath

BE THE FIRST ONE ON THE SLOPES IN THE MORNING (OR GET AN EXTRA 30 MIN SLEEP IF THAT IS MORE YOUR SPEED)

This is one of the few true ski-in / ski-out condos in Winter Park. Zephyr Mountain Lodge, Hot Tub / Ski Locker level - walk down the hall, grab your skis and go!

Second floor 2 BR / 2 Bath with full kitchen (not kitchenette or 3/4 bath), plus pull-out sleep sofa and day bed, fully furnished and ready for use.

Amenities include porch with view of Village, gas fireplace, garage parking (additional fee during ski season), sunrise views, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ski locker use, bike locker / storage, tv & cable, wifi, and easiest access to slopes and trails.

Stayed at this wonderful property for our Mardi Gras break. Plenty of room for our family of 4. The property had everything we needed and communication with the owner was top notch. Location to lockers and slopes is second to none. Would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

Loved it!

Great place with plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 teens. Loved that it is on the same floor as the ski locker and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable, will definitely stay here again when we return.

Wonderful winter stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay, it was just so easy for everyone to ski/snowboard right from the place, and for others to snowshoe the nearby trails too! It was nice to come back for lunch or to warm-up a bit then head back out! We had plenty of space and everything we needed! Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location in Winter Park Village

This was the most convenient condo in Zephyr Mountain Lodge, in the middle of Winter Park Resort. It was clean and the owners were very responsive to our questions and needs. It was great for our family. We hope to go back there soon!

Wonderful slopeside condo!

We absolutely loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. It is truly ski-in/ski-out, super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Hosts were really responsive. It's an 11/10 for me. Stellar!

Great spring ski in ski out

My Dad and I had a great time staying in this 2 bed/2bath condo. It had everything we needed and then some. I love that it’s in the base so we could walk around when not skiing. The ski in ski out was perfect and so easy to get to the locker from! I would definitely stay here again and it would also be perfect for the whole family!

Family ski trip

Post Christmas trip with family for three days of skiing. Great location. It’s close to the Gondola and easy to hop on and off the slopes.The location of the condo was close enough for us to take a break from skiing and eat lunch in the condo and then get right back on the slopes.

Perfectly comfortable home-base

The condo fit our family of five very comfortably: great beds, soft towels, fully functional kitchen, shared hot tub, and immediate access to the bike park and resort summer activities. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay

Dan's place was great. Check in process was quick and easy, and place was clean and as advertised. Location was obviously excellent in relation to the slopes (about 100 yards from your door to Corridor), but also near the lockers for quick gear access and the hot tubs. Dan was quick with communication and helpful with any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Only complaint was it was early season not much snow. Not host fault. Good resturants near by. In to Town was not a bad drive and more resturant too.

Perfect location, just what we needed!

We enjoyed a perfect week with our adult kids. Staying at zephyr was a treat- so easy to get in for lunches and get first tracks in the morning! The house had everything we needed. Loved the queen bunk beds! Thanks again. We’ll be back!

Perfect for family ski trip

Spent 4 nights and loved every minute. If anything the stay exceeded our expectations. The unit was on the same floor as the ski lockers and hot tubs. A very short walk for each. If you are looking for an easy stay, able to ski in and out easily, and a nice, comfortable stay for a group of 4-6 people this is it.

Best location! Excellent ammenities

Family stayed here for our annual ski trip, brought our 1yr old daughter too. We utilized winter parks baby rentals for a crib, stroller, and playyard and it made our trip so much easier. We used the hot tub and ski lockers for an awesome convenience, the hot tub was soooo relaxing. Friendly neighbors and staff, parking garage was top tier, comfortable to get baby in and out and not endure the cold temperatures. We love winter park. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Heated bathrooms were appreciated. And all the streaming services so baby could watch her programs. Tv in both rooms and living room was also an added bonus. Fireplace was incredibly warm and cozy. Sign the guestbook, we found neighbors from back home in there! Highly recommended, we hope to be back next year.

Great 2B place in Zephyr

We had a rocky start, including a very late arrival due to snowstorm. The power went out , internet was out, or spotty, and no hot water for the first 2 days. After all these things came back we had a great time. Our 2 adult sons made a lot of use of the hot tub just down the hall. Dan was very responsive to the unusual issues and sent a handyman to get the fridge on emergency power. Thanks so much for that. Great location, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds very comfortable. We'd love to stay again sometime.

Location! Location! Location!

This condo suited our needs perfectly. It was nicely appointed, plenty of beds and nice that some kitchen staples were available for guest use. Also, nice to have 2 full bathrooms for our group of 6. The ski in/ski out was so convenient. Everyone could easily come and go as they wished. The 2nd floor location was ideal since lockers and hot tub were literally down the hallway. Easy exit to get on the slopes. Underground parking was also easily accessible. And the rental shop was located at the end of our building - so convenient for those in our party who were renting.Not everyone in our group was skiing so the proximity to the commerce area of the village was awesome! Great variety of restaurants and shops within 2 minute walk from the condo. Winter Park is lovely! We all agreed that we would love to stay in this condo again on our next visit.
