Trailhead 322 Shared Hot Tub, Pool, Private Balcony, and Grill

Accommodating up to eight guests, the condo includes two bedrooms and a hallway sleeping nook. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 60” flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a 35” flat-screen TV, while the sleeping nook off the living area has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Step out onto your private balcony, complete with a gas grill, alfresco dining for eight, and a tabletop fire bowl for a cozy evening atmosphere.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and reserved parking for two vehicles. While the condo does not have air conditioning, Winter Park's mild summer climate makes it rarely necessary.

The condo's location is unbeatable! Winter Park Resort, perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and summer hiking, is just 3.3 miles away. In winter, take advantage of the free city shuttle for easy access to the slopes or Fraser.

Please note, this vacation rental does allow pets and is located on the second floor. Parking is available for two vehicles. Entry is through a secure digital lock with a unique code provided for each guest's stay.

Winter Park stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. It would have been nice to have directions as to how to use the various TV remotes. Our grandchildren were able to navigate them but the TV in the master bedroom seemed to be stuck on one channel and we couldn't figure out how to get more channels

Great condo

Condo was very spacious with everything we needed. Great kitchen and lots of beds to sleep everyone. Close walk to the Lift to get to Winter Park Resort. We enjoyed our stay. Only negative is elevator was out of order. Otherwise we will definitely be back to stay!

Well equipped condo

The condo was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen. It was clean and well stocked in every way. A few glitches not the responsibility of the owner -- the building elevator didn't work and the pool heating system was on the fritz. But otherwise we were very pleased and would come again.

Comfortable and great location!

My husband and I and our two 20-something children enjoyed our stay, especially using the Fraser River trail (walking, skiing, snowshoeing) which is right outside the condo. The kitchen is completely stocked with all we needed to make Christmas dinner. The hottub was a bonus!
