Soft mountain air drifts through open windows as the sound of the Fraser River hums just beyond the deck. After a morning of skiing or a day exploring alpine trails, you can return to the glow of the fireplace, warm floors underfoot, and a space designed to let you rest and recharge. Whether it’s coffee at sunrise or starlit evenings by the grill, every moment here brings you closer to the rhythm of Winter Park’s mountain life.

Living spaces
The open-concept living area welcomes you with a deep, plush sectional and the flicker of a gas fireplace. A Smart TV and soundbar make quiet evenings easy, while large windows fill the space with soft, natural light. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, perfect for gathering after a day outdoors.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen gives you everything needed to prepare your favorite meals, from hearty breakfasts before hitting the slopes to relaxed dinners around the dining table. You can cook together or bring home takeout from nearby restaurants, always finding space for conversation and connection. Heated floors throughout the condo add a gentle warmth that lingers from morning to night, and an in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays convenient.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary suite features a king-size bed and private ensuite bath, offering a peaceful retreat after days spent skiing, hiking, or exploring. In the second bedroom, a queen-over-queen bunk setup comfortably accommodates up to four guests. With two full bathrooms, everyone has room to get ready for the day’s adventures without waiting.

Reserved underground parking (spot #204) keeps your vehicle secure, with additional covered parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. An EV charger is conveniently located next door at Fireside Market.

The condo was absolutely stunning you wont be disappointed. Large open spaces beautiful decor very clean. Great location walking distance to local restaurants & event's along with national parks only few hours away.
