Greeted by a large foyer over which presides a modern wood sculpture that is all curves and beauty. Follow wood floors to the main living room of this beautiful home, offering comfortable and stylish furnishings, and a gas fireplace that adds romance and warmth in every season of the year and a 75-inch Smart TV. Competing for space and attention, however, are floor to ceiling windows that offer unobstructed views of the Colorado landscape just outside. Green and verdant during the summer months, fiery and vibrant in the fall, and covered in a blanket of pure white snow during all the winter and much of the spring, the everchanging scenery never gets boring.
The kitchen somehow manages to be cheerful and inviting and modern and dramatic at the same time. Striking marble countertops top cabinets that are painted black and sage green and gourmet appliances help bring back the joy in cooking. Four barstools provide overflow seating when the dining room, located just steps away, is full. The dining room table centers the dining room in this open concept space. Made of wood and surrounded by seating for 8. Also on this lever is a laundry room containing a deep laundry sink and full sized washer and dryer. Multiple decks on multiple levels give guests a place to fall in love with the Colorado countryside as they grill their favorite meats, sip their favorite beverages, and lose themselves in the fiery light of the sun setting over the mountains. The loft area holds two twin chaise loungers and a table for games, puzzles, or just some relaxing space.
The first of the five bedrooms is a comfortable and tranquil master suite, anchored by a luxurious king bed. An ensuite bathroom holds two sinks and a shower with an oversized soaking tub. The second upstairs bedroom holds a King bed and a 43" HD TV and shares a full bathroom on this main level of the home,
The lower level is home to a spacious game room with an antique Shuffleboard table, an arcade gaming table, a 78" HD TV, a second fireplace and lots of seating options. The third bedroom is a queen room, sharing access to a hallway full bathroom with an oversized shower. The bunk room holds two twin over full bunk beds and shares the floor space with a couch futon bed perched under a 55" HD TV. The fifth bedroom is a king room with a 50" HD TV and it shares the bathroom with the bunk room.
Heading back outside, a sumptuous hot tub bubbles merrily away under the upper-level wood deck, providing soothing heat to sore muscles and a romance that seems to be the overall ambience of the entire home! A two-car oversized garage offers spaces to store your skis, your car, and any other items that you don't want cluttering up the main rooms of the home.
