The living room sofa also serves as a sleeper sofa, featuring a high-quality memory foam mattress. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
The updated kitchen boasts hardwood flooring, wooden cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and new countertops. It offers an excellent space for meal preparation while facilitating conversation, as it overlooks the open layout of the room and is adjacent to the dining area, which includes a large wooden table and chairs that can comfortably seat up to six people.
The master bedroom is furnished with log furniture, featuring a Queen-sized bed, a flat screen cable TV, and an attached master bathroom equipped with dual vanity sinks and a full shower enclosure. The second bedroom is furnished with a captain's bunk that includes a trundle, along with a private bathroom, making it suitable for three singles or as a children's room. Additionally, it includes extra amenities such as a flat screen TV with Blu-Ray access. The property also offers convenient shuttle access via the free town shuttle and is ideally located within a short walking distance to Beaver Village Clubhouse and downtown Winter Park.
