Nice beds and friendly service. Room could have been cleaned better…glass table not clean and only one glass was in the room.

The check in was effortless, the view was incomparable and the staff was so lovely!

Comfortable and clean.

The room is fine. The mini-fridge is among the smallest with no freezer offered. I had a long stay in the Twin Cities, and I did not feel that this was a good choice.

The staff is what stood out to me, Fontez was extremely polite, helpful, and informative. For someone who’s in unfamiliar territory and gps can be challenging downtown he explained the parking and all other amenities they had to offer, as we got all settled into our room Fontez gave us a courtesy call to our room just to apologize for forgetting our drink chip, after a long day of driving I thanked him and declined. Room was clean for the most part, a few fingernail clippings missed in bathroom next to the door other than that, I would stay here again. Thanks for making our stay great!
