"The hotel is about 5 minutes from Bradley. I arrived at 11 pm and waited only 5 or 10 minutes for the shuttle. This is a typical Springhill with a large room. The property is clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast is a typical Springhill breakfast with a mixture of hot and cold items. My only complaint is with the shuttle pick up to the airport. I signed up for a 9:55 am pick up. At 10:10, I asked the desk if the shuttle was on the way. They called and then the shuttle arrived 5 minutes later. It is a contract service."
