「This was the perfect location for our East Coast college visitor. It was perfectly suited so that we could see schools in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York City at Poughkeepsie New York. 「Once we found the house it was very warm & cozy. The mini- muffins on the counter was a bonus. House mailbox was 87 but address was 89 that you only see if door is closed which it wasn't on 1st 2 passes. Limited exterior lights made coming back at night a challenge. 」

It is modern, clean, well-appointed and comfortable with some special touches thrown in, like a pitcher of fresh cream and a bowl of eggs in the refrigerator, along with a loaf of freshly baked bread on the counter (and a half gallon of vanilla bean ice cream in the freezer that I didn't see until the last night!). 「Everything about Jefferson House was perfect. It was located in a beautiful part of Connecticut adjoining a state park. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a large island for dining. The bed, pillows and living room furnishings were very comfortable. The house was well up-to-date with two TVs, a charging device with multiple cords, a double oven (!), and countless thoughtful touches. I cannot recommend it highly enough!」

「Michael’s place in Great Barrington MA was incredible. It was clean, very well appointed, affordable and so quiet. It is also very close to numerous restaurant options and grocery stores. I thought the place was very cozy and so comfortable. This was a stopping off point for me so I unfortunately was not able to stay longer. Next time I am Great Barrington I will definitely look up Michael’s place. Thank you Michael.」
