"This was an overnight stop on our Route 66 road trip. Overall the hotel was fine. We chose the multi bed suite which was nice since we were traveling with teens. The location was good. The man that checked us in was friendly. However, the next morning about 8:00 there was a banging at our door, waking us up. When I cracked the door open, it was a man asking if we were checking out and if our room was ready to be cleaned. That’s never happened to me before! Our check out time wasn’t until 11 so we were confused as to why he was knocking on our door at 8. When we were leaving, we realized we were missing an item. All hands on deck to try to find it! When searching through the drawers, there were clothes in the drawers- pjs, underwear and tank top. When searching under the bed, my teen daughter found an entire box of condoms. This makes me question how clean our hotel room actual was. It was reported to the guy at the front desk and he apologized and said he’d make sure the room was cleaned properly. Overall wasn’t a bad experience but would probably find another hotel next time."
