I do not reccomend booking this property. We checked in fine. When we were looking for towels for the bathroom we finally found them all wet in the basement washing machine. Then we also found the basement was covered in black mold along the baseboards. Due to the mold we left the house immediately and tried to contact the host to cancel the booking. The host finally responded the next day saying we would get a refund but we have not received it yet. We contacted VRBO who had us on hold for 2 hours at midnight. We are still waiting for a refund and neither VRBO or the host is responding to us. If there wasn’t mold in the basement I would have rated this place about 3 stars. It was fairly clean in the rest of the house and the location was nice.
