Got there at 4:45, 2 of us travelling separately had booked 2 separate rooms, neither room was ready. We were asked to wait but asked for a new room, managed to get it but the lady working the front desk was very rude about it.

Great place to stay short or longer term!

We had a great time while staying there for a week. The suite was clean and tidy, room service came everyday. Very friendly, polite, and professional staff. Great breakfasts, lots of options.

Rooms are not well kept. Very dated and worn out furniture. 1st room checked in was dirty then was moved to suite. Furniture well worn, mold in bottom of shower, Mattress cover blood stained. Security in hallways gave impression lots of crime in area so stay was uneasy and restless sleep
