The rooms were clean. The breakfast was really good. The hotel is close to many store so it’s very convenient.
Took off points because I booked 2 rooms 4 months ahead of our stay and expected that the rooms will be beside each other, but when we checked in we were given rooms in 2 different floors.」
「Wow! I was truly impressed with my stay at Bella’s Castle during my mini 4 day retreat! Lilli was so accommodating with a bit of a room mix up issue. I also enjoyed Kindred Cafe and Rendezvous Restaurant. Overall wonderful. Will definitely be back! ☺️」
「Booked the room as we needed a last minute room for one night during the festival, and we won't be back. It's next to a bar so we expected some noise, but there's no one to call when patrons are standing in the hallway being super loud. Had to go out myself after 2 hours and tell them to go into a room and close the door.
The room itself was surprisingly pretty clean...BUT: smoke detectors in the room? (one hanging weirdly that didn't look operational), toilets that gurgled . when the next...
「I was in room 21. Our room was clean, but we continually had flies, an huge moth and killed a couple of earwigs. I believe the seal around the ac unit could have been the problem. All of the staff were wonderful. The food at the restaurant was great.」
