I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back. He said he would make it happen but now no response.
