The lobby was very clean .Also the rooms was clean. I wished that there was free breakfast and also the hot tub was out of order and I was told the pool was heated but it was very cold! My check inn was good . But one of my daughters felt racially profiled doing check in one of the staff on afternoon and older Indian worker tried giving my daughter a hard time , but me and family enjoyed our stay

I booked this hotel because your website stated free shuttle to airport. Told at front desk that there isn't and you should get some lights turned on at entrance so the place doesn't look so scary. Room is clean.

Hotel room was good, clean. seemed to have been updated recently with new flooring. The bathroom ceiling had some moisture damage, but that didn't impact our stay. One thing we noticed was that there wasn't a light in the entry way of the room where the closet was. It made the room a little dark. Otherwise great stay. front desk staff was friendly.

This hotel is very dated & in need of repairs, which seem to be happening. The staff were very pleasant and the bed clean and comfortable so no complaints for what we needed the room for.

Stayed for 2 nights when attending Caesars Casino Windsor for a show. The outside of the property looks nice, clean, landscaped. The inside is under renovations but the hotel smells like mildew. Our room appeared to have an updated laminate floor but the bathtub appears to be original as the rest of the room. Limited breakfast dining as it closes at 10am on weekends. No ice machine was working on our floor, the only 1 we saw was in the lobby. The pool is also currently closed. Saturday morning @7:45am a smoke detector in another room was sounding. This happened 5x and finally @9:30am the staff were able to locate the room it was coming from. The staff were very friendly and pleasant at all interactions. The bed was comfortable, the towels were super soft! I would not choose this hotel until the renovations are complete.

My boyfriend and I were excited for this booking. We wanted to get out of the states for a little get away and we're excited for the included breakfast and pool/hot tub. When we got there everything seemed okay until it wasn't. When we headed down for breakfast in the morning we were very confused since the whole dining room was pitch black and empty when there was a sign that said "breakfast everyday from 6:30-9:30am" and we got there around 8am. We looked around for a while and there was nothing, and by the time we went to the front desk to ask it was past 9:30. The worker said we were supposed to order from the restaurant. It wasn't stated anywhere that we had to do that so that was very frustrating. Then the same day we went to check out the pool. We were so excited for the pool and hot tub so we could relax. Then when we go to the pool there was caution tape everywhere and the pool was out of service. Which again was very frustrating since we came all the way to Windsor for these things. Then the next morning we woke up and we were sweating to death. The window AC unit was on full blast and it felt like nothing was coming out. We looked at the thermostat on the wall and it said "FAIL" we went and talked to the front desk to see if we could do anything and they said they just installed the wireless thermostats and that the window unit was all we had. My boyfriend and I were so excited for this trip and were very disappointed.

Upon checking in we were told that the pool and hot tub were in working order. The next morning when we tried to use them we saw that the hot tub was out of service and the water in the pool was freezing. When we asked the concierge on duty they told us that the hot tub was decommissioned and wouldn’t be reopened and that the water was at a proper temperature. The hallways had a strange, musty smell. The room was decently sized and the bed comfortable with enough pillows. It was relatively clean but a little dusty. What was most upsetting was that we booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub and weren’t able to use either. They are listed on the Expedia website and there was no notification of any issues when I received a notice from the hotel before checking in.
