"Had to call front desk for things that should have been in the room and it was a noisy area."

"Clean room. Staff was exceptional - Karissa at check-in; everyone friendly and just above and beyond helpful. The breakfast morning staff also above and beyond. We plan to return every year for our daughter’s dance competition."

I had stayed here previously-it was good enough to go back, but we will not be returning again after this trip.I had 2 rooms, both had a musty, not clean smell upon entering the rooms.Nothing looked overly clean, there were stains on some of the bedding/towels.The pillows were half the size of normal pillows.The toilet paper holder was broken.The deadbolt in one of the rooms looked “patched” together-didn’t make it feel safe. Would not recommend."

"We’ve stayed here before when we’ve had a very early flight. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly! The food was very good. Hotel room was clean and quiet. Definitely would stay there again!"

"Proximity to People’s Bank Arena and the Yard Goats Stadium couldn’t be better. We saw a baseball and hockey game on the same weekend. The kids had a blast. The rooms were clean and parking was easy. Staff were lovely."

"Staff was great but found it highly curious that the only chair to sit in was a desk chair. There was massive amounts of room in the corner where a chair (and an ottoman) could easily have fit. And the layout of the floors was very confusing. Just finding the hallway to the rooms was like going thru a corn maze during Halloween."

"Place is a dump. Will never stay there again. Not maintained well at all. People working the front desk hard to understand and when trying to explain yourself or how bad their rooms is, you just get a blank stare and "I'll make sure to tell the manager". They shoved two full beds in a single bed room, had no space. Bathroom door would not close all the way. Looked like there were old blood splatter on the floor and wall. It was terrible. Never again! And I had some pretty good stays at Motel 6, but not this one! Never booking at a Motel 6 again!"

"Had a great omelette in the bar/restaurant in the lobby. Staff was friendly and service was great. Property is clean, new, and will be our new place to stay when we have to visit Connecticut."
