ウィンダムのアパート

「Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...

「We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable providing much more than a hotel efficiency at a similar price point. It was convenient to New England Rehab where we were visiting my brother. There is a little coffee shop within walking distance where we were able to grab coffee and breakfast sandwiches each morning. The Crooked Mile Coffee House & Cafe. Check in and check out were easy and the owner was very personable. There is ample parking on...

「Location was convenient to everything and building was super secure.」

「Beautiful property and convenient location. Couldn’t have had a better week!」

「My wife and I really enjoyed this cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy walking access to willard beach, and local ice cream and bread shops. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!」

「There is no parking at the apartment. You must find a spot along the road which might not be in front of apartment」

「Great property. Cute place. Note that there are very steep steps to get into the place, which is a conveyed attic.」

「This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful. The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. Rudy, the host, responds quickly, finds immediate solutions, and he is very kind and compassionate. I have difficulties navigating the staircases due to my aching hips and knees, but Rudy went...

「Great location although I did have a hard time finding it, I blame Google for that, not the host.」

「This place should not be rented as is. There are many liabilities that need to be addressed and it is not presented well or maintained well. Entry way door is filthy, mud room filthy, circular staircase to second floor is major liability, difficult to manage, needs non slip surfaces and should not be rented to those who are large, handicapped, with children, or who simply even have luggage. There is no smoking or vaping allowed but you sure can smell it from downstairs. Also the super...

「We loved this place, the location, and the host!」
