This is a wonderful property. Immaculate inside and so comfortable. Perfect for our family of four which includes two older teenagers. Would recommend to all and hope to come back soon.

The location of the lodge is very convenient for exploring the Lake District. Helen's a great host and gave us lots of suggestions of things to do. Ambleside is close by, and cruises on Lake Windermere are available all the time from the pier. Lovely drive into the mountains to visit Castlerigg Stone Circle and Keswick, Tour of Beatrix Potter's Hill Top home was lovely followed by exploring Hawkshead.

A very clean, well equipped lodge in a perfect location. A short walk to the lake and 15 minutes to Brockhole on Windermere. We would happily stay there again.

I had a fantastic three-night stay at this lodge. The place was exceptionally clean and tidy, with thoughtful touches throughout that truly added comfort and joy to the experience. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The lodge is well-equipped with everything you might need, showing great attention to detail. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommended!

Lovely lodge

Our 2 night break at Daisy lodge was everything we hoped it was. We had been looking forward to our little break away and it did not disappoint. The lovely doggy basket on arrival was great for our 2 little ladies.The lodge is in a lovely setting just a couple of minutes from the lake and the site itself had a lovely little shop snd leisure facilities.We definitely recommend this lodge for a get away from everything.

A fantastic property. Incudes everything you can think of, including a dog box which was a life saver as we’d forgotten our dog lead. Great facilities on site, nice short walk to Brockhole visitor centre and close to Ambleside. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back.

Daisy Lodge was just perfect. It truely felt like a home from home and had everything you would possibly need. It was lovely and clean and Helen the owner gave us lots of information for things to do and see. I honestly could not fault it and would highly recommend.

Ideal location for the Lakes

We spent two nights at Daisy Lodge. It is a very homely and cosy lodge. It provided all the amenities we needed for the short stay. The location is ideal if you wish to walk from the site or catch the bus to Keswick etc. The beds were very comfortable and welcomed after two long walks. Contact with Helen was swift and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lodge, excellent hosts

Host Helen was in constant contact and made sure everything we needed was in place, provided detailed insights into the local area as it was our first time visiting and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The lodge matched the listing exactly and had everything we could need for our stay. Couldn’t be more happy with our experience and would gladly rebook. Thank you!
