"Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Thank you Casie "

"Absolutely lovely staff, wonderful breakfast and great room "

"Room was really clean and spacious, tv was advertised with chromecast (didn’t have it) but we weren’t bothered by it. Bed was super comfortable and temperature was good. We also had breakfast on both days and the food was really good, lots of options to have! Only thing I will say is that the bar and coffee shop were rather overpriced - cost £11.50 for 1 red bull and 1 j2o!! The drink cocktail options at the bar were also quite strange, rather than just having normal cocktails there were random ones that weren’t that great! "

"Superb hotel, great room and wonderful staff. They go out of their way to do nice little stuff to make your stay better. My only complaint was the controls in the room were hard to figure out. I recommend having a bellhop walk you through simple stuff like turning on the lights and changing the heat and cooling in your room."
