「The pictures of this property are very misleading. The check in process was not clear and there is no one on the property to answer questions and no contact info.
Our room had things left from other guests and trash left behind. There were no blinds on the windows, which made sleep nearly impossible. The "free breakfast" was stale cereal, or so I'm guessing because, again, literally no one to ask. 」

A deluxe double room without a window was a bit dark, would have been nice to know this when booking. Probably wouldn’t have stayed there for more than 1 night because of that.
However the properly was very clean, easy to check in and very reasonably priced」

The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay.」
「It is bit far from station, but very nice area. (Still working distance from station and Richmond park) And very nice hotel and friendly staff. Attached pub is popular for local people and dog friendly place. My family loved it and they would like to stay again.」
