「The house at first seemed too far out of the way for me, but once we got there we loved the location by the river and with a dock to fish and swim from. We loved that. The kitchen was well stocked for breakfasts. It became a great base to visit Montgomery, Selma and Birmingham; along with visiting family in the area. 」

It was the perfect size for 2 people. The wifi is iffy - which is explained in the listing - so this made it a little difficult to watch tv but that wasn't a huge deal to me. I would totally recommend this place to other couples and would consider staying here again!」

「Nice semi-secluded area containing cabins apparently by the same owner. All the cabins are of the same construction and design. The cabins are laid out well on the property and gravel drives with attached carport areas. This is great and convenient for access to your your vehicle regardless of weather. 「My wife and I spent the weekend here to get away from the congestion of the city. The property is well maintained and the cabin was very clean. We were able to enjoy the quiet surroundings and simply relax. The carport parking is also appreciated especially when the thunderstorm came through. We will definitely return here in the future. 」
