Welcome to this recently upgraded two-bedroom, two-bath, 1200 square-foot condo located in the charming Westbank area! This unit is tucked away while still conveniently within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The cozy living area offers the perfect spot to curl up by the fireplace in the winter or on cool summer nights. Being nestled in between the town of Jackson and Teton Village, Balsam Lodge B7 is the perfect accommodation for your vacation.

This home is nestled in the Aspens, a neighborhood conveniently situated between picturesque Grand Teton National Park and the charming town of Jackson. In winter months, the renowned Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a mere ten minute drive or START Bus ride away. Come summer, the Granite Canyon entrance to the national park is just a short five-mile jaunt away. Additionally, relish the convenience of having a variety of shops, restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and a quaint local market right at the entrance to The Aspens. Your dream Wyoming getaway awaits!

While this home does not offer air conditioning, it's essential to note that AC remains a relatively rare feature in Jackson Hole properties. Nevertheless, thanks to our elevated location and the temperate mountain climate, you'll discover that indoor temperatures can be managed effectively by following the guidelines outlined in the guest portal provided upon booking.

Although this home doesn't include firewood as a standard amenity, we've made it convenient for our guests to enjoy the warmth of a cozy fire during their stay. Guests are able to order firewood delivery through our website prior to arrival, ensuring it's ready and waiting for you. Alternatively, if you prefer to explore the local charm of Jackson Hole, you can easily purchase firewood at nearby grocery stores, allowing you to tailor your experience to your preferences.

This unit is located on the second floor of the building. Stairs will be required to access the unit and to navigate to the second floor once inside. Stairs will be required to access the primary bedroom.

Summer in Jackson Hole

This was our first time in JH during the summer, and what a wonderful trip! Our stay with Outpost was great. The apartment was clean and exactly as you can see in the pictures. Everything was working and very nice. Great location, not necessarily in town but it's only 15-20 minutes drive. Will consider staying here in the future. Thanks!

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, had all the items needed. Short drive north and your at the Moran entrance to the Tetons. Just south is Jackson Hole. We would stay here again in the future.

Great Spring-time visit to Jackson Hole area

Nice condo with updated interior. Easy checkin thru texts. Condo had everything we needed for our stay in the Jackson Hole area. Just a few minutes from the south entrance to Grand Tetons and not that far from Yellowstone.

Great condo in a great location.

This was a great condo. The location was perfect for all of our day trips. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean too. Our checkin and our communication with the property managers was easy and they responded quickly to our questions. They do a great job.

Great condo and great location

This is a great condo in a great location, with a 4-minute walk to two different bus stops to get you to Jackson or Teton village. The kitchen was stocked with quality pots and pans, a crock-pot, and unlike most rentals, a pretty decent chef's knife. Beds were comfortable, pillows were a bit iffy. Overall, we would definitely come back here.

Cozy enjoyable stay!

Property was clean and cozy! Very easy instructions for everything, WiFi, entry, etc. spare pillows, kitchen had everything you could be looking for. Super convenient to the shopping plaza, a 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good

Property beautiful. Leftover food on table from someone. Construction on road made it hard to return to following night. Bed very uncomfortable. Blinds wouldn't come down in bedroom and had to call for assistance that was taken care of next day. Should have had a broader amount of TV selections when considering price. After not keeping bear spray and cooler and hoping I still was not charged (will see), it was never picked up even though I called and texted 3-4 times. I never used it.

AWESOME!

The condo was more than we expected...spacious, clean, lanai with a view of the woods...lots of birds to watch...well equipped, shampoo etc that was provided were great products and smelled so nice. We contacted the property manager a few times..once because I couldn't figure out the WiFi....turned out it was user error and another to report a broken wine glass...we broke it...the response was very timely and provided us with the answers we needed. This property is in a lovely small community, a 30 minute drive from Grand Teton and Jackson Hole which was wonderful....there is a small grocery store in the community which is VERY pricey...$8.00 for a loaf of bread...so if you have the time drive to Jackson Hole and use Smith's. That is just an FYI...not a complaint....

Exactly What We Needed!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was roomy and clean, and had all of the basic supplies that we needed. We were also welcomed with a few goodies upon arrival, plus bear spray to use during our stay. It was a great base for Jackson, GTNP, and Yellowstone! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Teton National Park

Great condo for visiting Tetons as you can go through the south entrance and your right in the park. We enjoyed our stay and mostly visited the National Parks and my son and I did the ropes course at Snow King, which was fabulous. The condo is nicely decorated and we loved the smell of the shampoos, and lotion. Appreciated the spices that are in the condo. Only downside were the beds were hard and the tv upstairs didn’t work, but they were getting a new one. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning.

Nice condo and neighborhood. No a/c but fans were provided. Balcony was very small and 1/3 was filled with firewood. Try eating at Persephone restaurant- just a short walk away!

Great Condo

Condo was extremely clean with fully stocked kitchen. Check-in was super easy, and a great supermarket a short 2 min walk from the condo. Well located and a short drive to the park, Jackson town, and Jackson Hole ski area. Highly recommended.

Great Place!

Our family really loved it here! Soooo comfortable and convenient. Everything was just great. And the property provided conveniences like an amply stocked kitchen, with soap, paper towels etc. AND we saw a moose and calf right outside our door! Really can’t say enough great things. Thank you! We’ll be back!
