We had to get a room without a balcony.Because hot water was not working.Then the room that we got the hot water was not working.All of the time, and our view was of the dumpster.\nThe staff were very apologetic and friendly , though I know it was all out of their control

Very dirty, smells and the staff is rude. Guy yelling at 1am in the hallway, very gross all around. Bathroom door paint peeling and shower bar all rusty. Gross!! Might have been nice at one point, not anymore.

the room was atrocious, smelled ungodly, food in burner on stove, stains all over floor and walls. 10/10 don’t recommend.
