There was a problem with room heating.( maintaimce man said it affected whole bldg).We requested extra blankets, which helped.( didn't have to sleep in jackets. The maintaince man brought us an electric heater from his office this made a vast difference.We are in our 80"s, so need a bedroom above ...

The fire alarm was going - without cause - several times through the night and morning. Starting at 4AM. Sheets weren’t washed. The room key didn’t work after 2 attempts, so the staff told us to “come get them” if we left and had to get back in.
