Indulge in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina from your balcony! Perfect for 2 but sleeps 4 with couch pull out.
Located above Wilmington’s Riverwalk, this 1BR Water Street Center condo commands an incredible downtown location. You’re at the heart of the Historic District -- just blocks from shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. 1 mile walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion at Riverfront Park.
This top-floor (9th floor), end-unit retreat has a private balcony overlooking Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. You’re also just a 20-minute drive from Wrightsville Beach.
Make yourself at home in the living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and an armchair. Living room and bedroom have flat-screen TV's with Roku.
Full kitchen - oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, (no dishwasher). Breakfast bar for two.
This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a 45” flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina.
No parking on property - Free parking pass for one car is available after you check-in at city the parking deck 2 blocks away. $100 fee if pass is not in unit after departure.

We will have 2 wash, 2 hand, 3 bath towels and a floor mat for you in the bathroom with enough toiletries to get you started. If you are staying longer or more than 2 people we suggest bring anything extra you need with you. 4 Guests MAX!

Great Location
We were attending a wedding that was a 7 minute walk away. Because we were in downtown Wilmington it was super convenient to get food, shop, and get anything we needed or forgot on our trip. The view is absolutely stunning. I could have sat in the living room all day looking down at the Cape Fear River.

Adorable condo with great view and location on River Way. Only negative is the parking, you have to park 2 blocks away which not very convenient, however the condo is great for a weekend getaway. Would highly recommend.

The extra mile
The condo was great!! Well cared for, decorated and prime location to all that is Wilmington. Instructions and communication with owners seamless. I accidentally booked a day short of our stay and we were surprised by the cleaning lady. Mike graciously figured out a way to add to our stay so it ended well. He went above and beyond!!! Recommend highly!

Stayed for long weekend to visit friends and old haunts from when we lived in Wilmington. Excellent location to walk around downtown historic area. Parking convenient and easy - really nice that there are PHEV/EV chargers in that garage that we could use. Highly recommended

Beautiful View but may want to bring ear plugs for weekends
We loved the property and loved the view, however, we left after staying Friday night due to the noise from a roof top bar one block behind and one block over from the building. At 8:30 lights disco lights were flashing, no problem but at 10:30 we were awakened until after 1:00 AM as the music blared, people screamed out the songs, horns blowing, engines revving. It was awful! We turned the heat on fan only and cranked up water noises on the phone as loud as we could to try to get some sleep. We decided to pass up Saturday nights stay along with VIP tix to a comedy show and head on home. Someone we met on the elevator said it was a common occurrence. I'm sure if you are staying during the week this wouldn't be a problem. It was nice and quiet during the daytime.
