Charming one bedroom condo in a historic downtown hotel. This unit is complete with a kitchen, living room, television and separate bedroom with Queen bed in downtown Wilmington. This unit also comes with a single roll away bed for an additional guest. Just steps from great restaurants, nightlife, the Riverwalk, and attractions this beautiful condo is ideal to be your home base for your stay in downtown. This unit is located two blocks from the river and one block from Market Street.

Host was very communicative upon arrival. Location is perfect for walking downtown. ALWAYS stayed hungry with the wonderful smells from the restaurant below. Had a great stay!

Super cute little place. We were in town for a concert at the nearby amphitheater. Perfect location to walk around town and shop/dine/drink. The suite was adorable and clean and fairly quiet considering it's in the middle of town. The property owner was helpful and quickly responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, great location

It is a very comfortable little place and very clean. It was just what we were looking for. Appreciated the cereal bars and little extras they had available. The location was perfect. If we’re in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book this gem!

Location -Excellent, condition - outstanding, able to walk to everything. Atrium an unexpected treat. Only issue is parking, away from building across unimproved lot. Parking permit provided was apparently expired, resulting in a ticket and having to pay for parking for remainder of visit.

Property advertised a parking spot, however, it is a public parking lot that was completely full. Spent 30 mins -1 hr circling the block waiting for a spot to open up. Or you had to pay to park on the street. When we got there the property had not been cleaned, there was dirty towels, bedding, trash everywhere. We were only reimbursed our cleaning fee, even though it took over an hour to fix. Mind you we didn't get there till 7pm, which was 4 hrs after we were scheduled to check in. The place should have been cleaned by then. Overall not impressed and will never stay there again.

This property is on the second story above a restaurant. Stairs are on the outside of the building and a little run down. The inside of the place felt smaller than the photos. It’s fine if you only plan on sleeping there. But not ideal for relaxing and lounging around. Although the other rooms in the building were quiet, the noise traveling from local bars/weddings/whatever kept me awake until close to 1:00am. Parking was a bit of a stressor for us, as there are few spots available, even with the parking pass. Communication with our host was adequate. We were provided the basic information needed. There was an abundance of food/bar/dessert/coffee options within walking distance. TV options was limited to satellite. No streaming options. Kitchen space was clean. Sink water tasted fine. Bed was comfortable. Suitable property for the easy going travelers.

Great location

We had a great time and we’re super impressed with how close this condo was to everything in downtown Wilmington. We didn’t need to use our car once to get to restaurants and bars, everything was walking distance. The owner also provided free parking and very communicative about the check-in process. Very quaint lovely downtown spot

Booked at last minute with no problems. Was gifted to daughter. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Both do theatre so they loved the quaintness and style. Great location to everything downtown. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Location

This was our second time staying here because we love the location so much. An easy walk to pretty much everything downtown and the property is very clean and comfortable.

Great location!

You cannot beat the location of this property. You can walk to all the restaurants and bars downtown and there's a convenient market right next door. We had some minor issues on arrival, but the owner was quick to respond and remedy! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely perfect

We came to Wilmington for the weekend to visit a family member. Our accomodations were perfect. We had everything we needed. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had a great time.
