"My husband and I stayed here for a weekend and were very happy with the room and lake view. The mattress was firm and we enjoyed the private balcony. The only thing we noticed that detracted was that the wall was thin between our room and the room next door, so we could hear the other guests just a bit now and then. But it was quiet for sleeping and we really enjoyed our stay here. "

"We spent one day and night at this hotel. Beautiful view of the Whiteface mountains. Very home like atmosphere. Nice rooms with everything you need. Owner of the place very nice and helpful. Lots of toys for kids to play with. My 2 and 4 year old had a blast there. Huge living room with tables board games tv etc. I would definitely recommend it and come back there again."

"We highly recommend the Bark Eater Inn!!!!! The Bark Eater Inn is in a beautiful, quiet location, minutes from everything!! My husband and I had no idea how much we were going to enjoy our stay, or we would have booked to stay longer!! The food is incredibly delicious. The host and hostess, Meghan and Tyler are warm, friendly, super people. They welcomed us into their home and encouraged us to explore the acres of property.
