"We had a wonderful stay at Ambassador in Paradise Resort. The location is perfect—right on the beautiful White Beach with amazing sunset views every evening. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everyone seemed to naturally have such a good vibe, which made the whole stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection and it was nice to enjoy it with the ocean just steps away. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Boracay. 🌴🌅"

"There was no way for ys to get to the island from el nido, tried a week in advanced, would have gladly went explained to expedia, they contacted the hotel and said they would not help at all, and lost all my money at the resort. Terrible property, it said no refunds, but we tried everything to get there, so booked cebu instead. Would never book with hennan again, with a week in advance trying, no empathy and understanding so have to call it as it is. Hennan do better, it was not anyone's fault but maybe the airlines that were packed for weeks, they should have more flights for sure, but hennan didnt have to clean a room for a week and probably upsold it as well. Bad marks for hennan properties they should understand the trying stressfull times travellers encounter, but they obviously dont, i wont even try to go boracaye again because of this."

"The room doesn’t smell good on 3rd floor i asked to be moved to another room in 2nd floor with additional charges. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they have free breakfast and it was fantastic, good food lots of choices. It is very close to the beach which is great! I still recommend this place."

"There were no beach chairs in front of the property. The free breakfast, don’t expect a lot you leave hungry. The resort is a has been. Watch your dollars at this place. And on the beach, there’s plenty of green algae in the water. They could do a better job of cleaning it up. I understand it is a problem, but they could address it. Overall, not worthy bucks. And the island has trash everywhere that you can see. "

"We stayed for 6 nights in March. We were very impressed with everything , especially the staff. The staff go above and beyond to do everything they can for you. They clean your glasses , spray your face with mist to cool you down , they’re always there to do something for you and so friendly and polite too. The hotel is modern and very clean. The beach is stunning. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
