Family stayed in bunkhouse and the railings are rotting away from the stairs, front roof is rotted out and room was half remodeled. TVs are ancient with less than ideal streaming functionality(struggled greatly and this is coming from a pretty tech savvy person).

My ONLY reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5 rating was the fact that the room itself was quite small, with no dresser for clothes, etc. However, the hotel itself with the restaurant and outdoor decks overlooking the waterfalls was very nice.
