Disappointed that we are unable to use outside fire and lounges. Breakfast was limited and did not change. Requested adjoining rooms and was not given them.

Lovely, large convenient room. Plenty of space to cook a small meal. Lots of comfortable pillows. Good lighting and easy to control room temperature. Nice shower. Pretty plain and even unhealthy breakfast menu. Safe location, friendly staff. Parking plentiful. Near restaurants (with car)

Between the Booking and the Hotel something went wrong. But the hotel resolved it at the time of check in and even gave us a credit. The food in the morning had a lot of options for a buffet.

Honesty for improvement, over all pretty satisfied
The service was great, the hotel is nice… when we were walking to our room there was a very odd smell in the stair well and hall ways… the suite feels like a little apartment which is really nice but the doors make a loud bang when you open them like they weren’t hung properly so my business partner going to use the restroom at 5am woke me up and my fear of waking him up after to do the same made the morning a little stressful for my empathic self haha… The bathroom door looks like someone might have gotten into an argument and broke it but it was plastered and painted over :/… pricing wasn’t bad for 2 people but for over $300 a night the little things matter… I would stay again for sure, but if I was running the hotel I would want to fit those couple little things to improve my guests stay :)

It was new and clean.The rooms were awesome and the new pullout couches are quite comfortable if you get a pad from the front.

Generally good stay.
The stay was good. The Townplace Suites were nicely situated and close to restaurants, etc. It was quiet and people were friendly. We stayed for a week however and without consistent housekeeping, it was a little difficult. They did have onsite-laundry but it would have been nice to have been able to run a vacuum through the room, etc. Admittedly, we were staying with a dog so our needs may have been more severe than most. I think some of this can be chalked up to Covid precautions but the accessibility to linens, etc. was my only complaint.

Good value, convenient location.
Short on housekeeping staff, but they did provide fresh towels on request. Air conditioning unit extremely loud. They sent service and when they could not repair, installed a portable window A/C so room was comfortable enough. Breakfast options included cereals, bagels, muffins, and of course make your own waffles. Good coffee.
