Check in outside desk hours is a nightmare. You need to fill in so many irrelevant details, without a computer you cannot get access to the room. The access code is only revealed after a huge bunch of screens, really ridiculous. Rooms are clean and nice, although some kind of water heater would be very nice to prep some tea or coffee.

Leider war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Auf der Toilette verbreiteten die Rohre permanent einen starken Fäkaliengeruch. Die Parkplätze werden zwar vermietet, sind abends jedoch nicht verfügbar. Die Zimmereinrichtung muss aktiv und bereits am Vortag beauftragt werden, was sehr unpraktisch ist. Das Frühstück ist zudem äußerst übersichtlich. Lediglich die zentrale Lage rechtfertigt einen Aufenthalt.

Super Hotel…Reinigung verbesserungswürdig.

Alles super. Jedoch fand man in der Dusche Haare vor, ebenso war es unter dem Bett verdreckt. Tische klebten noch, wurden nicht gereinigt.

Zimmer zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Bei einzel Betten sind Rollen unter den Füßen. Führt dazu das bei jeder Bewegung oder Drehung auf dem Bett das Bett sich bewegt. Frühstück kann man sich das Geld sparen. Waren schon in mehreren B&B Hotels und überall besser als hier.

Alles ok, für das was man in Willingen so macht ein gutes Hotel. Frühstücksbuffet ist jetzt nicht so toll aber reicht auch aus. Der Ski und Bikekeller ist dafür top.

Je krijgt wat voor je betaald. Wel 1 opmerking. Kraan wasbak zit te ver naar achteren. Als je wat water wilt drinken of mond spoelen naar tandenpoetsen, kom je er met goed fatsoen niet goed bij.

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit dem Blick auf den Parkplatz. Die Autos parkten direkt vor meinem Fenster. Im Zimmer keine Vorhänge, außer black out Gardinen. Mehr Sichtschutz wäre gut gewesen.
