Living room/kitchen have open floor plan allowing a smooth flow throughout. (THE LIVING-ROOM IS EQUIPT WITH A PULL OUT SLEEPER SOFA “FULL”)
The family can gather around the cozy fireplace which is open to the kitchen/ dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all new appliances including Keurig, toaster, blender and microwave.
The master bedroom has queen bed, an ensuite bathroom and TV. Second bedroom has full bed and TV. Third bedroom upstairs is a loft area and has two twin beds, TV with area to play games and a reading nook.
Laundry room is equipped with full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The house is smoke free and pet free.
Located on a corner lot with a private patio equipped with gas grill and a spacious back yard. Also, featuring a fire pit to enjoy smores and roast hotdogs by the fire with the family. (Firewood is provided).
