This charming historical apartment building with 7 individual suites has been completely renovated and turned into modern style suites minutes from The Ark Encounter. You will love this cozy 2 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 4, this unit is located on the 1st floor. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

Ark Encounter
Unit is a 5 minute easy drive to the Ark Encounter. It was very clean with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Furnishings were pleasant and we had no problems at all with booking, checking in or out. Would recommend if the Ark Encounter is your main destination.

Very clean, comfortable. Beautiful linens, cotton towels. Pictures don't do it justice. Great location. Super nice bathroom and kitchen. Gina was very responsive.

A Great Anchor!
We visited the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. This apartment was a perfect anchor point for our busy weekend! It was a great value. It's spacious & roomy. Perfect for our needs. I would gladly book this place again and easily recommend it to others!

Great place and location
We were in town for the Ark. The location was ideal and the property was great. We enjoyed sitting outside during the evening on the metal rocker. The kitchen had what we needed (coffee, filters, creamer!) For our short stay and wifi worked well for 4 adults with various devices. Overall great place that we would stay again!!

Very spacious and good location.
We had a great time. My daughters and I take trips instead of Christmas/birthday gifts. This was a perfect location for all the things we did. Cincinnati zoo, Creation Museum, Louisville Slugger Museum, Churchill Down and Holiday Casino. Covered 4 states. Would certainly stay here again.

Cute and clean
The home was clean, with the exception of the shower. It was very well stocked, linens were clean and fresh. Road noise was pretty bad, there’s a big metal grate in the street right in front of the home and with cars driving over it all hours of the day/night, made for lots of disruptive sleep in any of the rooms. This is not something that can be helped or blamed on the owner. The home was very welcoming and cozy.
