Very Friendly staff. Room was HUGE but a little outdated. Bedroom area was clean (sheets were white and not stained), no stains on carpet, furniture or comforters. Bathroom was ok, but could use a major deep clean and replacement of towels. They were all stained brown - yuck! There was no light on the sign out front, and I almost drove past it. Although they cannot control it - it was noisy with the traffic. It was very affordable so I would consider staying here again.

The property was filthy. I only stood one night and will never stay again. French fries were left on the floor, microwave had a sticky substance all over it, bathtub & shower curtain was so dirty.

Staff would not register me for the night even though I had a paid reservation. Made me pay an additional $10 to stay. I had a non-refundable reservation so was extorted into paying the additional money.

I am OK with a simple room that has seen better days, but this motel was in awful condition. The room was dirty, I saw black fingerprints of another guest in the shower. There were old devices standing around everywhere. We had two fridges. One not working. The ice machine outside: not working. The only microwave: outside. Cables ripped out. Cement bags standing around etc. Our first room smelled absolutely not like the non smoking room it claimed to be. The only positive thing was that we got another room that smelled like room spray after some discussion.

Parking is easy, and for first floor guests, super convenient. slight mildew odor, which dissipated after I turned on the A/C. Room was clean and roomy, and well appointed with good sized refrigerator (between dorm and full size), and microwave, flat screen TV, but no coffeemaker. Could do with a touchup of paint and trim in places. Very courteous and helpful staff. Convenient location.

The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell.

Perfectly fine for our needs. Priced a little high for service received in my opinion. Bedding was very minimal. No breakfast as stated on Hotels.com. Television would not connect to cable even though there was an Infinity remote.
