「The property was beautiful and in excellent shape the room was clean and quiet. Air was controlled by me which was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. Also very helpful as I could not figure out something and within 5 minutes they were there to help. The only thing I was surprised by was no tv streaming service and old fashioned what is on is what you can watch. Breakfast was good and plentiful.」

「Wonderful redesign of an old mill property, leaving details/structures within to be appreciated. That said, the architects did not take into account the control of noise from the hallways which didn't have carpeted flooring (about half of the first floor). The ceilings, walls & floors are all hard surfaces, allowing noises like the ice machine "dropping a new batch", or suitcases bumping along on the floor, or doors closing, etc. to be readily heard inside guest rooms in those hallways. ...

「Everything was great, except there was a constant leak in the bathroom on the floor between the stool and the sink and in front of the sink. Large puddles of water that required towels to mop them up and the lightbulb in the bathroom kept blinking after the light was left on after 30 seconds. It was reported to the front desk, but nothing was done. It was Memorial Day weekend, and it would have been difficult to find someone to fix it. It didn't spoil our stay, though.」

「I forgot to tell them our room had no water pressure. It was literally a tiny sprinkler coming out. I almost took the shower head off myself and tried to clean it out but I didn’t have time. It was clean, but looks like it’s being renovated. It could definitely be a little better. It was a cheap stay but you definitely saw the rust on the bathroom doors, the over flow sink would go all over the toilet paper, some of the lights didn’t work. But it wasn’t a terrible stay. Just could have been...
