「The entrance was a little bit confusing because the Reception is situated on up floor (7th?!). However, it’s not a matter to give a negative score at all. Room, facilities, breakfast and staffs are superb. Actually I had a trouble on the bill. But it was quickly solved in very sincere manner. Thank you very much. 」

"The location is very convenient for both shopping and sightseeing, as it’s close to the tram stop and Southern Cross Station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and apart from the bathroom being a bit small, I was very satisfied with my stay."
"The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station and only a few minutes on foot to a supermarket. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, and the tram stop was within walking distance, making transportation very convenient. In short, it was a fantastic hotel.
However, the internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. That said, simply toggling the Wi-Fi on and off on my laptop usually restored the connection, so it wouldn’t be a major issue unless you need a stable connection for online meetings. Also, the refrigerator was a bit too cold, and the sparkling water I stored inside ended up freezing. It might have been possible to adjust the temperature, but it wasn’t immediately obvious. I could have asked the front desk, but it wasn’t a significant inconvenience."
