C’est un hôtel typique des années 70. Vieillot mais propre. C’était le plus abordable de Wildwood. Pour moi, la propreté est essentielle et c’est ce que j’y ai trouvée.

We had an excellent stay at the RusMar Motel! The staff was attentive to our needs, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect. Don’t believe the negative reviews. If you’re looking for a place in Wildwood that’s walking distance to the boardwalk and light on the wallet, this is your spot!

This hotel was horrible! Never even cleaned the room then gave us another room and it wasn’t very kept up. The online pics look way different. They wouldn’t refund my money after they know they were wrong. Ended up leaving and finding another hotel.

When i went to check in, the lady gave me a key for a room and sent me on my way. upon opening the room door, people were already staying in the room for the weekend. i went and told her about it and she got snippy with me claiming “there was nobody in there.” there was also no toilet paper in our room.

Good, clean hotel

It is a good, clean hotel, close to the beaches and boardwalk. The staff was courteous and friendly. Next time we're in Wildwood, we'll stay here again.

As soon as I walked in the office and gave my name to check in, the lady on duty ran the balance I owed on the credit card I used to put the deposit on...when I told her I wanted to pay cash, she said it was too late, that she already put it on my credit card. I checked in at 1pm and even though the room was cleaned, we could not get into it until 3pm exactly. The room was not clean, my husband and I had to wipe everything down with bleach wipes...there were someone else's shoes under the bed. The TV would not work properly..the modem was sitting on top of the lamp. The kitchen faucet sprayed out water on us and the bathroom sink faucet sprayed out water hard and all over the place. The smoke detectors on the outside walkway kept beeping due to low batteries. The worst part is that there was not enough parking spaces. We left for dinner and came back to nowhere to park. We were first told to park in a space nearby that you had to pay to park. Then we were told we could park across the street in the public parking area and pay...then bring the receipt to the office. We declined those options and the only other option we were given was to park 2 blocks away in another motel that they own. So, needless to say, we won't be returning to RusMar.

We've been going to Rus Mar every year for our anniversary 7 years in a row. This will be the last time :-( no housekeeping, no maintenance. So the outlets that don't work, are not getting fixed & the room is not getting cleaned nor the sheets getting changed. And no real effort to rectify the problems. The pros of Rus Mar is the location, on Ocean near the South end of the boardwalk, away from the crowds but close to the beach. Pet friendly for a fee. Parking. Some rooms offer a kitchenette.

Definitely a little dated but that’s kind of part of the charm. Extremely clean, a/c kept it super chilly, beds were great and can’t beat the location. Staff was super kind and pleasant, would absolutely stay there again

This RusMar Motel was the perfect spot for a weekend down the shore. It is located across the street from the boardwalk/beach and within walking distance of everything you need. It was so clean and quiet and AJ was such an amazing host.
