"We checked in quickly - left to get to our event andndidnt get back until late - went stright to bed - woke up actually looked at the room andom not sure it should have been slept in - went to front desk and NOBODY WAS THERE for 10 + mins until somebody who was working the breakfast bar showed up - nobody was in so i just asked them to have the manager call us i have pictures for proof."
