「We had a great stay. Our hosts were fantastic!」

「My wife and I had a fabulous 2 night stay. Our room was lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was first class. The bar was a lovely place to relax after a long day walking. We would definitely return for another visit. I have only one observation to feedback, and its minor. The decor in our bathroom was tired and needs looking at. The bathroom was clean and tidy, but paint work and fixtures were beginning to show their age.」

「This was the best B&B by far I have ever stayed in. The room was spotless and a very comfy bed. The full Cumbrian breakfast was delicious and plenty of it, There was also a good alternative menu aswell. But if you decide to have an evening meal you are in for a real treat. Darryl is a trained Chef and the meals he serves are amazing.」

「A very clean and well equipped room - limited parking but perfectly adequate - disappointing lack of breakfast - rice crispies and cormflakes don't do it! Very good dinner and bar facilities」

「Centrally-located hotel, with shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The room was a bit tired, but it was OK.」

「Great apartment- clean, well equipped, comfortable and in a really good location. Fantastic bathroom. Highly recommend」

「We have stayed here three times now & love the friendly homely atmosphere. The apartment is perfect for me & my son and he loves the swimming pool! The gym has plenty of equipment & my treadmill faces a field of cows & the odd pig which was lovely! Will definitely be staying again」

「We had a fantastic stay at The Old Rectory. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was the most comfortable we had in a 3 week tour of the UK! The host, Dave was lovely. So helpful in recommending local sights, and made a wonderful breakfast and coffee in the morning. The location was fantastic as well, Easy to walk to the High Street, beautiful bridge and walking trails, Annan museum, and restaurants etc. Thank you!」
