"Was all very well and nice house and a nice environment and good owner but you absolutely have to bring the check-in and check-out times in accordance with those of the property owners check-in NOt 4 pm BUT 2 pm and check-out NOT 11 am BUT 10 am this has been very frustrating"

"Cute place. Worked well for our needs. Very clean and cozy. A few small items, there were many steep steps we didnt know about and someone from our group who is still healing from hip surgey and it present a challenge. Also we had to follow up for details about check in twice. Once in the property no problems with replies. It was very warm on the top floor with only 1 fan. Having all the windows open sure helped. Love that there was a washer and dryer and plenty of towels. "

It would have been nice to know where to call to get the door code...the confirmation through Hotels.com did not provide a phone number. "Great communication with a friendly host. Check in was easy, including a thorough walk through of the unit. New and modern apartment that was in perfect condition. Easy access to house and our apartment with a key. Short walk to Magdalenenhof Weingut (good restaurant and vinothek). 20 minute walk to tourist area and boat/train stations. We had a very enjoyable time in Rüdesheim."

"Fantastically clean property with very comfortable rooms and bed. Excellent kitchen with all amenities, good bathroom (with washing machine as well). It's in a quieter residential area uphill from St Goar train station so quite a steep walk if you don't have a car. Steffi the owner was really helpful and friendly and picked me up from the train station with my cases and offered to take me to places like supermarkets for food. A really great place to stay.
