"Awesome time and time again"

"The staff told us multiple times maintenance was coming. I waited until 130 am the first night. Went to the front desk as soon as we got up and told them of the issue and that I’d been down multiple times. She said they’d get someone asap. 5 hrs later we switched rooms. "

"Major stuff like cleanliness and food just fine. A few items kept this from being 5 star review though. We had a 4 night stay. The bed was not made after either of our first 2 nights. We don’t need sheets changed but it would have been nice to have a made bed to come back to after a long day. 2nd day only left us 1 bath towel for 2 people. Next night we got 3 bath towels but only 1 set of hand towel/wash cloth. Neither room key worked the second night. Had to go back down from the 4th floor to get them reset. They worked fine for the next 3 days. "

"The airport shuttle was not readily available, could not get through the hotel phone very frustrating, ended up getting an Uber. Disappointed had to call front desk about 9 pm to find out why the trash had not been pulled, someone finally came about 10:45 pm. kitchen only had pork meats to offer, which I can not have pork."

"Clean room ,nice staff. Lots of homeless nearby,rooms are smoky.keycards fail after every successful entry it seems. Pillows are bed were hard and uncomfortable. Loud surroundings. We could only suffer 1 of 2 nights. It was bad."
