Start your mornings on the back patio drinking coffee and end your day with your feet up watching a show in the cozy living room.

Lovely little space tucked right around the corner from Downtown Wichita. The home is equipped with keyless entry, luxurious queen bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer, coffee station and smart TV. Located in one of Wichita's most convenient neighborhoods just minutes from Wichita's downtown scene. You'll be close to top attractions such as Revolutsia, Charles Koch Arena, Wichita State University and many local breweries, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops!

All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

Great space, great central location, close to restaurants, and the decor was nice with a comfortable bed! Great communication from the hosts as well! Would definitely stay again!

Very nice property

The house has been newly renovated and they did a nice job. The kitchen had every utensil one would need and was very well organized. We were very impressed with all of the amenities that were available in the house. Overall the best VRBO we have been in.
