「I was at the property for less than two hours when I witnessed a rat run from the bathroom into the kitchen. Due to this, I canceled my stay and left immediately. I contacted customer support to request a refund but was told it could not be approved without photo documentation. Given the situation, my priority was leaving the property promptly rather than taking pictures. I found this experience very disappointing and expected better cleanliness standards.」

「Didn't send access information by checkout time. Slow to respond to messages. Gave incorrect access code. I told them it wasn't working and they stopped responding to messages. We never got into the house. Then, host sent a message asking me to let them know when I checked out so they would be able to send the cleaning crew.」
