Welcome to our family holiday home, a charming property we have carefully refurbished to create a comfortable home away from home while you explore the sights and sounds of Whitstable and surrounding areas.

This home features four bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, two with double-size beds, and two with single-size beds, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The property includes two bathrooms for convenience.

Located just a couple of minutes' walk from Whitstable High Street. This pet-friendly home also offers free street parking.

Inside, you'll find a TV, a friendly workspace, and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, oven, hob, freezer, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher. We take pride in maintaining a clutter-free environment with no personal belongings left in the property. Enjoy your stay and make the most of the available amenities!

We have free street parking .

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
