"We enjoyed our stay very much! The front view from the house was unobstructed an it was beautiful & serene. We really enjoyed swimming from the house using the fire place & jacuzzi. The boating was great & we ventured out on a new route every day. The house was great, very clean with pleasant decor. i"

"Rosey's Retreat was spectacular! Everything! The furnishings, decor, privacy, cleanliness; and all the little touches/amenities - from soaps to snacks and especially the farm fresh eggs. The guest book included dining recommendations and other things to see and enjoy in the area. TJ and Jackie were amazing hosts. We will absolutely be back!!! "It was my first time staying in a floating home. We loved our stay, the place was clean and nice, and the marina is really good. We didn’t receive any information on the checkout process, so we did what we normally do when we leave a rental house on the lake and took care of the things we typically take care of. There’s only boat cleats on one side of the house, so if you have two boats, it would be difficult. The neighbors were fantastic and very welcoming. Lots of regulars down there which I liked. I love that section of the lake as well."

"It was just ok. List of issues and inconveniences include: communication with the host was unreliable, a horrible smell the whole stay and asked to check it out but no one to assist on the weekend, hot water tank not plugged in, and toilet seat was falling off. The place was listed as brand new and I want to believe it was but a few things made me question that. Our sheets in one of the bunks were very rough and not soft. The living room with one television could have used another small sofa since we had six of us there. We enjoyed the marina and staff which was a plus but it didn’t seem as if anyone knew what was going on. "

"Great time on the lake, paired with excellent people and great food! Not 1 television would work but hey.....i didnt go there to watch tv! I accidentally brought a cockroach home with me, but he didnt make it passed the driveway. Other than that, it was an EXCELLENT experience!"
