Your base is just moments from everything Whitianga has to offer. For a touch of luxury, The Lost Spring thermal pools are a mere 5 minutes by car.
The property has plenty of off-street parking including room for the boat. The boat-ramp is just minutes away, making for easy fishing or cruising on the Mercury Bay waters.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a comfortable lounge with ample seating and great flow to the outdoors. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing sandy swimmers, plus laundry facilities to keep things easy during your holiday.
The fourth bedroom/bunk-room is a converted space in the garage. There is no internal access between the house and attached bunk-room - however, the door to the bunk-room is just one step from the front door. This space is ideal for older kids or teens, and has a couch and TV.
The remaining 3 bedrooms, and bathroom are inside the main part of the house. The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. There is another separate toilet.

House Rules and Information
Parking: 4x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no garage available to guests as this has been converted into the bunk-room.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property
